For the past several weeks, I've had people yelling harrassing comments from the street, outside of my place. I'm really tired of this, and would like to speak directly to the persons responsible. I would also consider pressing charges for harrassment if it does not stop. The problem is that I'm not certain who is responsible. I think I know, but cannot be sure, and cannot prove it. I thought of setting up a camera, pointed out my front window. Is this legal? Would the tape be admissible in court, if it came to that? I live in Philly, PA. Thanks.
