I had a mobile stolen last summer and its been recovered by the police and they still have the phone as evidence. this month is it going to court, but I have seen the guy few times in town who stol my phone and im worried if i go ahead he will end up having it in for me. if i was to cancel the court proceedings could i get me phone back. then i would not have worry if i was to see this guy again.

This person who stole your mobile is probably the same person that would think nothing of mugging an 80 year old pensioner and leaving them injured in the street. We all need to stand up to these idiots and not be such wusses.
The more we stand up to them the more they'll realise the world is not theirs for the taking.

You can go to the police station and drop the charges but then this guy will realise your a push-over and try it again knowing your scared. Or he might do something worse. Its up to you. Personally I would take the tw@t to court and milk it and get compensation off him or a possible sentence |
