You already know the answer before you asked the question, NO.

You can certainly sue them but I doubt if you would prevail in a court of law. You could also try to sue HIM for being born in the first place. Better yet, sue yourself for marrying him. That might work. I just am not certain how the courts would handle it if the plaintiff and the defendant were both the same person. You might have to give someone power of attorney to act as the defendant in this case.

If you're in the Orlando area, try calling John Morgan. He'll sue anybody.

That's a good one! I wish that could happen but no, not unless his parents have forcefully used his birth rights against you...lol?

Nope. That's something that happened long before you knew him. So, his birth is not a matter that involved you.

Of course, if you have money and time to waste, go for it.

Jessica
sure, go for it

If you feel strongly enough..Yes you can raise an action in court. You can pay a lawyer to represent you.Your case will be dismissed as vexatious litigation and you will have costs awarded against you.

My advice is sue for divorce if you are unhappy

is it that bad?

only if their parents acknowledge him !!

You can try.

But the court will most likely throw it out because you'll lack a prima facie case, unless you've got some cold, hard proof that it was your parents-in-law's fault that your husband turned out the way he did.
