well you proble could but it would have to be proven that the only kind of toilet paper you ever put down the toilet . and since its not , you would have to file suit in their town costing you more than 400 i promise you cant file small claims with them because you pretty much have to file it in their home town and a lawyer want ttake it because damages are 400 dollars .but you can write a bad letter to better business bereau and to them and they might actually send you something or even better compensate you good luck |

Dont be so silly - you shouldnt have put so much loo roll down the toilet. All loo's get blocked at some point - this has nothing to do with the loo roll company.
What sort of warning could they put in the package
"WARNING - if you put lots and lots of this down you toilet, it could get blocked"
GET REAL - Do you Americans really need to be told everything.
Maybe the package should say
"DIRECTIONS: if using this product for a wee - use 2 sheets. If using for a poo - use 4 sheets"

Anywayzzzzzzzzz, 2-ply is NOT always on sale, and would NOT be the cause of a clogged toilet......unless you put the entire roll in. Even 1-ply would clog the toilet too, in that case. |
