You got to tell us more than that. You can sue for absolutely anything- most people don't realize that the whole trouble of suing very rarely makes the process worth it. Whether or not it's a valid point or you should take care of the problem yourself they'll decide.
If you sue for harrassment, you'll probably end up winning it outside of the courtroom without getting anything in return, and paying hefty legal fees. Most people that do sue get what they want- but at a cost that COMPLETELY overshadows what they wanted. It depends on what he's doing. If he's just bothering you it's probably better to safely handle it yourself.
Don't threaten with an attorney either unless it's very serious because that looks stupid, and nowadays everybody plays the attorney card. A weird lady told me last month she was going to sue me for 75 cents since I work for a laundry vending service. Just find a way to take care of your own problems. |

You can't sue them, but you can go to the courthouse and get a Protection from Harassment Order. Then, after it's served, if that person harasses you, they can be arrested. |

Well now that we got that out of the way, yes you can sue them and for multiple things. Now if my knowledge serves me right you can sue him for multiple counts of invasion of personal property,invasion of privacy, and then the obvious, harassment. So i figure you can go one of two ways: One you can go to your local small claims court and sue him for the above infringements or Two you can File a restraining order one the person harassing you and if they fail to comply call the cops and have them take him away.
