Ummmm you'd be dead silly. How could you sue them? You planning on coming back to life? |
|

?
|
Yes, of course.
You just need to fill out the forms in triplicate, and submit them to St. Peter, at the Gates, or St. Lucifer, the mean Sgt. with the pickfork, whichever you are stationed to.
And then wait for Hell to Freeze Over. |

Yes, as long as it's done in your lifetime. |

No, because when you join any of the Armed Forces you sign massive amounts of paperwork. Somewhere in that paperwork is a clause that says you may endure injury or loss of life during your stay with the selected branch. So, basically, by signing said paperwork, you agree to teh fact that you may die and therefore cannot sue because you entered into the agreement under your own volition.
By the way- the "forms in triplicate to Peter and Sgt. Lucifer"---HILARIOUS |

No, you cannot sue the government and neither can your surviving relatives. Time to go to Plan B. |

NO! Never! because when you where sworn in; you took an oath! The only way you would ever have the chance to sue the government is if you can prove that they treated you unjustly or abused you. And that is very hard if not Impossible! |

No you cant sue them youll be dead. But say you were being made to do somthin that isnt supposed to be done and is unnesesary danger then your family probably could. As for getting money when you die youll only get money if you pay for the life insurance policy they offer wich i pay 29 month for 400,000 coverage. |
