Can Obama be trusted (if he cannot even furnish non-conflicting data about his origins or other background)?

Even James Carvelle, the famous Democrat Party strategist, advised Obama in the strongest possible terms to release certain data to counter-act the "Birther's" assertions as they are having a negative impact upon his approval and that of the Democrat Party in general.

When Obama refused, even James Carvelle started questioning Obama to intentions and motives. Even he is wondering what Obama is hiding. President Clinton urged Obama to do the same as Carvelle. Nothing... Why will Obama not act like the shrewd politician he is?

His background is Black Kenyan/White American (English/German background). He was born in Honolulu (just under two years after Hawaii became a state). How hard was that.

The people have as much of a right to see YOUR birth certificate as they do Obama's: NONE. He's gone out of his way to satisfy your desires, but I guess showing you evidence isn't good enough.

McCain has assured that Obama is a good man at heart, and to run the country. You can take his word.

You honestly can't expect Obama to fix the country in 2 years. He's said repeatedly it's going to take time... quite possibly after a first term.

It's amazing how people believe things at face value without spending one iota of time verifying information.

1. Obama NEVER voted Present in the US senate. It is not an option. People who have successfully passed 4th grade know this.

2. Obama has provided everything he needed to in order to show the Board of Elections that he is a Natural Born Citizen. If it is good enough for the BoE and the FBI it should be good enough for you too.

3. In my humble opinion, the reason why Obama makes the jokes about being born in Kenya is because he knows that as long as the Birthers are running around debating this, he is pretty much guaranteed a 2nd term.

Who cares where he was born. The fact remains that no matter how much he screws up, he is still doing a better job than Dubya. Obviously he had to provide proof of his citizenship to even run for president so everyone else should just shut up. If you have a problem with it, elect someone else in 2012.

The "birthers" are nothing more than bitter McCain supporters who still can't get over the fact that they lost.

Can any Politician be Trusted, personally I don't know a single politician that you can trust.

There are a few that you can be reasonably assured will vote the same as they have in the past.

It is called a voting record, and it is how we come to know a politician.

You know a voting record the Obama didn't have, beside the vote of Present.
