Can Paedophiles Be Successfully Cured Of Their Offending Behaviour Towards Children?

Very unlikely, first they don't get "cured", they can only "decide" to stop or not; and some might have the will power to stop but that's very rare, that's why I support life sentences for those offenders because it makes no sense to jail them for 5 years knowing they probably will do it again.

Besides if the victim is going to live with that in his/her mind for the rest of his/her life then it's fair to jail the offender for life too.

I'm not an expert, but in my observation while on this earth, no, I don't think they can be cured.

Studies shows that people like this can not be cured, and there is a high rate of reoffending once out of prison

No, they cannot be cured. Some studies say they can be "treated" but that is debatable and given the opportunity they are always at risk to re-offend.
