Can a condo owner be evicted for health code violations in their unit?

An elderly woman in my high rise community has disposaphobia. She collects and hordes food waste. Her unit became infested with mice, which are now infesting the entire 300-unit building. Apparently the health dept. has been called in about her on at least three previous occasions. Can a condo board evict an owner for causing such a situation. Building is in Montgomery County, Maryland. Thanks.

read your HOA rules & regulations and discuss this with your Board and property manager. this can also be addressed thru Adult Protective Services in your county if the resident is over 60 yrs of age. |

if is in the health code vilation or handbook. But i would keep reporting cause they will have to answers after so many complaints about tha. Pluse she is old they might move her to a home if she is cause tha many problems to 300 units. They will find them unfit to take care of them self they will move them. But i would inform the health departmen and he state. O find them unfit to take care of them selfs |
