Adminitrating wrong dosis of anesthesia like this:
-Duing epidural, not applying local anesthesia first
-During c-section, administered too much anesthesia causing the woman's diaphragm to stop working therefore was unable to breathe during surgery, passing out twice.
-Extreme violent shaking when the anesthesia began wearing off.

(Oh btw I'm not suing or anything, lol, just wondering)

There are risks during surgery and childbirth. Not everything is a "sue-able" offense. If there was no negligence or intent to harm, I don't think you should sue.
A lot of people shake violently after anesthesia. |

1) Epidural is defined as: a form of regional anesthesia involving injection of drugs through a catheter placed into the epidural space. Hence they do an epidural to give you anesthesia.
2) and 3) were both answered in the prior post
If not caused by negligence or did not have any intent of bodily harm, you can't sue. Good luck! Sounded painful! |

They don't have to give you a topical numbing agent first, it's just a nice thing MOST doc's will give, maybe there wasn't enough time. But all the after side effect you experience...remember that consent for you signed? Well, all the possible side effects are in that form, so you should have known the risks associated with an epidural. |

any type of surgery is a risk and everybody reacts different to those procedures however if it is blatant disregard to the well fare of the patient and it is repetitive that is malpractice |
