No. At 18, your child can make this decision legally. Your child hasn't broken any laws. If your child is living away from you because s/he doesn't want to live with you, the best you can do is to try to mend your relationship. Threatening arrest won't do it. |

if the family is drug pushers, does illegal activities, etc., and you know about this then you can be an accessory. But, you can just lie and be like "WHAT!?!?!" but on any other grounds, no she can't, because you're and adult now.
