Can an 18 year old, in ohio, move out of his parents house? Even if he is court ordered to stay in school?

I have an 18 year old brother who was put on probation when he was a minor, the judge ordered him that he has to live with his parents and stay in school. Can the court do this? Or was he just bull shi**ing him so he would stay in school. He's 18, he will be 19 1/2 by the time he graduates. I was just wondering if they can do this or can he move out and still attend school? Or move out and drop out of school?

If a Federal Magistrate tells you to do something you'd better abide by his ruling. If he doesn't he could wind up in more trouble than simply having to obey his parents and enjoy free rent, a roof over his head and warm meals on a daily basis. Jesus, kids are dumb these days.

My first thought would be that he has to stay home and go to school, simply because thats what the judge said. Unless he said something about when he's no longer a minor being able to move out then yeah.. you could make some phone calls and find out for sure but I would say he's stuck home until he graduates.
