Yes, unfortunatley as you did not tell them it is considered 'harboring'. Also, it could be against there policy to hire. Just talk to your boss and explain. Hope for the best |

Yes. If you don't disclose your full criminal record you can be fired. Even if its an honest mistake on your part they have no legal compulsion to keep you. When you sign your application for work you are swearing that all information is correct to your knowledge. If it isnt and they find out at any time they can fire you. |

Yes - you have no employment rights.
They could sack because they don't like the sandwiches you have. |

Yes they can, but the chance of them finding out is slim if you work in the private sector. If they find out then they've been looking in files they shouldn't have been.
If you work in the public sector though then your screwed and could be done for non-discloslure. |

they can and will unless you can prove it a genuine error, they tend not to have alot of faith in rehabilitated criminals
depends on the company and working realtionships and your work histiry with them i guess .. oh and your convictions |

They can sack you at any time after .
There was a policeman in the newspapers the other day who had been in the police for ten years and had not stated that he had a conviction for dishonesty when he was serving in the navy.
He was caught out not with his 10 year old application form but by applying for a specialist job within the police and that brought up his previous conviction and he was sacked. |

I think they could well do so . you knew that details of crimminal offences had to be put on the form from your employer, this, forms part of a contract of employment the fact you omitted to detail all, of the convictions was not, the responsiblity of your employer =but yours= your employer took your statement as the truth, you lied on the form.. |
