Can a case of of perjury be be filed by an individual or is it that only court can file a case of perjury under indian law.Any AIR to quote. If so under what authority. I am asking this because my advocate is playing dirty. Thanx

Damage means the physical loss of properties or things under legal possession, which can be quantified monetarily, while defamation means damage to a person's character and reputation by a person.
( Fame > defame > defamation). As I am not a legal expert I provide the implication of these two legal term precisely.
