Can child chose which parent to live with in the state of KY?

Hi!
I am a 16 year old girl that lives in Kentucky.
My parents have been divorced since I was 3.
Currently I am thinking about moving in with my father, who is right now stationed in San Diego, CA. He has plans to move back to the east coast once he retires from the navy in November of this year.

My mother and my Father has 2 different views on how to raise a child. But I lean towards my father's way, because it is more creative and inspiring than my mothers.

My father is married again with a young boy who is 5 years old.
--------------------------------------…

Is it possible in the child to chose which parent they wish to live with in the state of Kentucky?
If so, what are the steps required to do so?

If the decision can be made between the two parents without court interference then yes the child can decide. Otherwise the case will have to be decided in a court of law. The child's input is definitely considered.

blah
most children go with there mother....
the court decided who gets 2 raise you

if both of ur parents come 2 an agreement than yes....
tell ur parents ... talk 2 them.. tell them that u want 2 live with ur father..
what if ur father doesn't want u? after all he has his own family now...

why are u going 2 get in their way???????
