I have been charged 5 times this month by my bank of £15 each which has left me overdrawn (even though i dnt have an overdraft facility) are they allowed to do that?

I can give you an answer if you first reply to this. What transaction are you doing that incurs a fee of £15?. When we know that, we can give you a sensible, factual answer.
If you are expecting the bank to pay your direct debits and you do not have the funds, then you are overdrawn, and you say that you dont have overdraft facilities, then you are going to be charged the overdraft fees. Its not the bank that is at fault, it is you. |

Banks need to charge as much as they can so they can enjoy their big bonuses. Stop complaining and pay up they need it more than you....
Their foreign holidays and big houses cost an awful lot so have a thought for them..... LOL |
