Can i get emancipated from my custodial and non-custodial both if they live in different states?

im 17 and ill be 18 in 6 months.i live in PA with my mother who is my custodial parent. she wants to send me to live with my father in NJ. is there any way to get emancipated from both of my parents??

Yes, In 6 months you go do whatever you want and live wherever you want. Emancipation automatically happens when you turn 18. Sweat it out for 6 more months, you've dealt with it for this long. It would take that long just for the emancipation process.
