Can i get in touble for riding with someone who doesnt have a liscence?

So My friend who is 17 is buying a car in the summer but he doesnt have his liscense and doesnt intent to get it

If i ride along with him and we get pulled over, i know he'll get a ticket but could i get one too?

i live in Wisconsin if that helps

In short no even if you had prior knowledge but had obviously lost enough or had not gained enough brain cells to know better. How are you so sure he knows the rules of the road or even knows how to drive. By the way I'm taking people up for free in my cessna but don't tell anyone I don't have a pilots license just jump in and hang on. Lay off the cheese its affecting both of your thinking.

no you won't just tell the officer he was giving you ride and didn't know that he didn't have a license

Maybe u need to get a ticket for being stupid while driving with someone who doesnt have a license and since he doesnt have a license the car wont be legal either....u are 1 can short of a six pack if u do that.
