Only if you petition the court for emancipation.

Legally you become an adult @ 18. I would say it would be good for you to double check it.

The question is why would you want to leave your parents house in the 1st place. Unless they are terribly mistreating you then you should think about resolving any issues with them and enjoy your youth and save up your money so when you are ready to move out you can do without financial difficulty.

Just a thought ya know.

yup knock urself out!

.
You have to show a reasonable argument.
And prove that you'd be better off not living with them.

I'm sure you're not ready to move out;
stop pissing your parents off and stay
w/ them till your @ least eighteen and ready;
which seeing some of your attitude you prob.
are not even close to being responsible enough to be on your own.

yes you can!

double D.
you can go legally get yourself emancipated.
which means that you dont have to stay with your parents. but i think you have to prove that you can make it on youur own.

If you have a good reason to move out (they're abusing you, for example). You can move out whenever you want. Just tell the cops what's going on and file charges against them.

If it's just that you want your freedom, calm down and relax. You'll be an adult in a few months, and then you can learn from your own mistakes.
