this is how it is i live with my sister and brother in law and my niece they live above us (it's a duplex kinda thing) and my niece comes down regularly to visit, the thing is, she gets lice from a class mate at school now I have lice (i shaved my head completley bald) so it's the schools fault and i want justice

Have fun wasting your time because the school is not liable for kids bringing lice to school, nor are the parents of the kids that have it. You have no lawsuit. |

No but why did you shave your head? It was not necessary. There are plenty of ways to get rid of lice without shaving your head. |

where is the negligence by the school? they are required by law to admit anyone and they can't examine every square inch of every kid's body every day. why not sue the classmate's parents? they sent their kids to school w/ cooties. or, why not sue your sister and brother in law? they turned their kid loose on you. |

No you can not. There was no need to shave your head if you bothered to be informed on the condition. There is special shampoos you should have gotten for the condition. |
