Can i win this case in court?

My car was wrongfully towed. I had parked my car overnight at a bar across from my dorm. its an vacant part of the building and there are no signs stating "no parking" the ticket i also got says its private property. Two weeks after i was walking passed a noticed there are now signs saying no over night parking. Now that they have admitted fault what are my chances of winning
I did take pictures the day of with out the signs there and now with them there
My friend who brought me to get my car from the tow company also is a witness to no signs

They didn't admit fault, your cara was parked on private property. The property owners have every right to tow your vehicle, signs or no signs.

Look at is as though someone parked in your driveway. Do you REALLY need a sign that states that cars will be towed if parked there?

Did you have a right to park on private property of another person? No.

With or without signs, you did not have permission. Your neighbor's driveway likely does not have No Parking signs, but if you park there, your neighbor can tow the car away.

They put up signs to help persons who lack an understanding of others' property rights.

If it was left as you say at a bar which would be classified as private property automatically for every business has a parking lot that goes with their business. If the owner gave you permission it would of been o.k. but since they didn't they have the right to tow any car that was left without permission. They had no idea if it was stolen and left or what. You should have left a note and that might of even been different.

No you can not win this case. You parked on private property. Does not matter if it was vacant or not. Does not matter there were no signs at the time. They were within their rights to tow your car.

How did you get the ticket if your car was gone?
But, otherwise, it sounds like your city would rather have drunks on the road, than park their car and get a ride, especially in a bar parking lot. I'd move.
