Can illigals come back legally if deported once?

Only after they have waited out the ban they were given when deported. A deportation will make it much harder for that person to ever come back legally.

Most face a ban for a number of years.There are waivers to be had but that in itself takes years.

Thing is even with that they have to go through the process. So having the previous deportation that puts them way back at the end of the line. And maybe have to apply over and over with multiple interviews.

Then you have to add in the whats, whys and how they got deported. If busted for something a person can hang it up.

It can happen but it would take much time and money. I know a guy who managed it. It took him 15 years to do it..... and a boatload of money to the tune of $30K. His difference was he became a professional in his country and got hooked up with a US company that does business in his country.

So basically the US saw that he was now the sort that had returned home and contributed to his own country. So when he came back to the states he would be putting down roots and meant it.

The average illegal is not going to be able to swing that.

That is what most illegals don't get. Busted here and you are screwed. Go back home and carve out a life then get in line.... then it might work out.
