Other employees are working with no pay cuts and doing less than quota work, yet my pay has been cut several times for not meeting quota.

Unless you're working under a contract, your pay can be cut until it hits minimum wage. |

Generally, yes. There are minimum wage restrictions and , if you have a contract, the employer is bound by contractual limits. There should not be a method for you as an employee to know who is meeting or not meeting their quotas. |

It would depend on state law where you live. Under federal law, though, all that is required is that you earn the federal minimum wage of $6.55 per hour for all hours worked. Anything above that, the employer can cut. |

Unless you have a contact (or even if you do have a contract through AIG) or are not getting minimum wage yes they can. Unless you have evidence those not getting pay cuts are ALL the same race or gender, and different from you. |
