OK, I think I see part of the problem. Do you really think asking the same question more than once is productive, or an intelligent use of your time and energy? If you do, that's a problem.
You need to learn to communicate well. Learn how to say things clearly to the person who is reading them. You know what you want to say, but the person you are writing to doesn't. If your writing doesn't clearly convey what you are trying to say, it's your fault, not the readers.
They make spell checkers and grammar checkers to cut down on careless mistakes. Learn how to use them. Learn proper grammar, sentence structure, and punctuation. After you've done these, you'll be in a much better position to get another job.
I don't mean to sound harsh, but learn form this. What did you do wrong? What are you going to do differently next time?
How much are you really out? A few hundred dollars? It's not worth the months of time you'll loose trying to sue him. He knows it too.

If the contract does not provide for termination at the discretion of the employer, you can sue him for breach of contract and the resultant loss of wages. But get another job first. If prospective employers see that you sued or are in the process of suing a previous employer, they will probably lose interest in you. |
