Can someone give me Youtube copyright help?

I would like to have someone that works in the law or knows legal stuff to answer this for me:
Ok on youtube I have videos and anyway they got copyright claimed and taken off, (they were just copyright claimed because of the audio /soundtrack in them.) I just resently came accross this on the internet though and I was wandering if I appeal my copyright on youtube with this, if it makes my video legal saying that I can have my video or something :

thats what i seen and anyway i know this one guy that did it and all his vids got the sound back because he summited this, i was just wandering if that statement was legal and applied to youtube and audio tracks and stuff.
