Ok, the guy who rape me is deny that I have a son by him because of the rape. He knows that I gave our son away to one of my relative in the south, so can you please tell me why he has recently hired a private i to find me and he know that I moved last year. Can you please tell me exactly what does he want from
me.
He knows that I'm married but separated for since almost 12 years but the law in MI says what is born in the marriage is the husband's so he does not have any paternal rights to our 4 year old son.
The private i already has contacted two people demanding that they tell him my whereabouts and they refused.
So, can you tell me why has he hired a private i to find me and exactly what does he want from me!

It is one of two things...either he wants revenge on you for having reported him for rape or for having given up his child, or he wants to find what he believes to be his child. Tell your family and friends not to tell the private investigator where you live...he isn't a cop so they don't have to cooperate with him.
My advice is that you hire a lawyer immediately and get a restraining order to keep this man from you. I am afraid you may find it a mistake to have given your child to a relative as he may be able to track it down. And I definitely hope you used a lawyer at the time and had the adoption go through properly as he may try to retrieve the child. Get a good lawyer.
