I think anyone who is found guilty for killing another human being should get mandatory death penalty with 30 to 60 days. is that possible to be nationwide law?
Also perfecting lie detector test and making it mandatory for anyone who is found guilty.
I do not think life sentence or 20 - 30 years is enough for someone who murders someone.

Accidents may have different terms because accidents do happen but any violent killings should be excluded.
When someone is murdered that person is gone. done. All dreams, hopes, wishes, ideas are gone so why should the person who murdered them live? whether its behind bars for 1000 years or not it doesn't make any sense.

Polygraphs (lie detectors) are not accurate, that is why they are not admissible in court. For most people (not all the innocent ones who get convicted of something they didn't do), but for most - execution is more humane and preferable than the endless tedium of spending day after day, year after year in an eight foot by ten foot cement box knowing you will never leave. That certainly is more torturous than just getting it over with. So, if you think a fast execution makes the murderer suffer more - I disagree. |
