It's a shame a responsible parent like yourself has to miss your daughter's games because some guy wasn't able to control his wife. I'm afraid they can bar you from school property, but I don't think they can keep you from attending the away games. |

Let me get this straight. You needed "another" beer so much that you had to go to the car to get another one and then your eldest daughter had to be stopped from beating someone up and your concern is that you can't attend anymore football games?
The answer is yes. The school can ban you from football games. |

is life really hell in Hell?

my girlfriend got us barred from the football games because she knocked over a concession stand. they couldn't make the chili dogs fast enough for her so she charged the stand like a rhino and it collapsed inta a thousand pieces. |

are you kidding me? How could they not let you go out for another beer? And don't they want parents and kids to do more together? You both should have beat her *ss down. And then used you matching mugshots as a Christmas card |

Unfortunately it is perfectly legal.
It's also just about impossible to enforce. |

I'd bet the cheerleading daughter hopes they can. She's probably dying of embarrassment. |

Yes it is. School property is private property, and they can dictate who does and doesn't go to a school function. Facts are facts.
The reason they have those rules is so they can bar immature adults who do stupid things to make fools of themselves, and possibly hurt one of the innocent people in attendance of a school function.
I can honestly say that if you were my mother, I would have been embarrassed, and I would be thankful you were barred from being somewhere where all of my schoolmates could see you. |

You cannot be serious.
This is a joke right?
If your story is true, your daughter is very lucky that she was not kicked off the cheerleading squad because of your behavior.
With behavior like that you have described the answer is yes the school can keep you away from games.
The school can get a restraining order against you if they have to. If you violate the restraining order you can go to jail. |

Yeah I guess you'll need to stay at your trailer on Friday nights. Hey but you won't have to walk so far to get your beer and you can barf in your own toilet instead of on the back of someone's car. And of course you can over medicate with all the six packs you want.
Just go sit n your couch in the front yard or one of those cars on blocks and pretend you are back at the drive-in picture show.
Sounds like an entire family the likes of which give red-necks a bad name. And yes you can be banned. |

YES...it is school property and they see you as a threat....do not return or you will be arrested.
good luck :) |

I hate to say it but you and your daughter kinda made the problem. The schools will protect the kids first, and also any other victims.
Since your daughter attacked the lady your daughter is the aggressor. Also if you were drinking on school grounds that too is against the law. NO Alcohol. NO Drugs. and NO Weapons... |

um ya you cause a riot and where drinking at a high school! |

Yes, it is perfectly legal. The school runs the games, they can admit whoever they want. |

Yes, your best bet is to go try to talk to the school though. |

Just as a bar can have you removed for drunk and disorderly, so too can a school, or anywhere else you make such an unwelcome gesture. Looks great in the eyes of the other kids and parents, not to mention the visitors there. You both made fine examples of you parenting and social skills.
Congratulations. |

Yes. The school owns the property so they can keep anyone out. |

Yes, but since it was the other woman who started the commotion in the first place I don't think that they should be able to bar only you, (even though your daughter assaulted that woman) if I was you I would go anyway, its not like ALL the staff know your banned, (if any do at all) and they probably would let you go in |
