My daughters 12 year old friend was over my house, and they were playing on the trampoline. The trampoline has net around it so no one can fall off of it, but as she was getting off the trampoline, she hurt her foot. This happened Friday and her mother is not taking her to the emergency room until Sunday (i know i know i can't believe it) They said they are too busy to go yet. She is on crutches I guess she had at home and she says her foot is swollen and she can't walk on it. Can they sue us? I don't trust anyone now a days!!!!

They can sue if they prove it to be your fault. It doesn't really sound like it was your fault- she just tripped. It was really the daughter's fault. So the chances of winning would be very slim for them. |

yes they can! your responsible for anybody what so ever injurred on your lot unless its a repair person and he is bonded by the employer. |
