Can you be Arrested for....?

Yes. I have seen many news reports about people being arrested for that. It is violation of public decency if people can see in your windows and you are watching x-rated movies. Of course, it depends on the laws in your area.

People have been arrested before for that type of conduct. I don't know if anybody has been convicted or if any courts have ruled on the constitutionality of those arrests.

Yes, I witnessed this and told some police friends of mine and they said they could be charged with a felony aside from living with being perpetually stupid.

I dont think you can be arrested for that. The DVD is not displayed for public viewing (even if other drivers can see it)

It still constitutes indecent exposure,lewd behavior etc..Illegal? Yes!!usually a citation unless you are running around naked/nekkid/birthday suited/starkers/au natural etc.. Peace.

As far as I know, there's no law cocerning that, most likely because car DVD players haven't been around for very long.

HA HA HA. My dad works for the local jail and he asked one of the oficers(SP) and he said that you only get a ticket. But if it's a guy cop you just might only get a warning;)

if you look into peoples car you can but if they let you, you cant or being disruptive.

no don't worry people might see a second of it but that is proably not enough to sue and they playPG- 13 movies on planes when there is kids under 13 who are riding alone on a plane your ok don't worry!!
