Can you get in trouble for sneaking into a R rated movie?

my friends and i sneak into R rated movies all the time, and we've been caught and thrown out by security officers before too. last saterday we got thrown out of the theater by the manager and they got really mad b/c we kept argueing with them. they told us we couldnt come back in that night but since we still had the ticked stub we snuck back in anyway/ we ran into the same guys who kicked us out the first time and he said he let us go easy. he sed it was breaking the law and we could have gotten in huge trouble.
is that true? if so..what kind of trouble can you get into?
(im 15)

If you have been asked to leave a place of business and you return you can be arrested. You could have been charged with a number of things. Because of your age you likely would have just been taken into custody and your parents would have to pick you up from the station.

Don't do it again. You were lucky.

Chances are that you will not get into much trouble; however, you really should keep a low profile and never argue or be confrontational with anyone whom may confront you. Just simply play it off as a mistake, thank the individual for their help, and be on your way.

Repeated offences (where you are caught) may render a different response and the management, as well as the theater itself, can get in some real trouble if it becomes a legal issue. Management can hold you there until the police arrive to deal with you… At this point management can press charges and obtain a legal restraining order to prevent you from entering the premises… all this takes time, it is expensive, and it can absolutely happen… chances are that they will never go to this extent and you will never see what a jail cell looks like from the inside.

At this point, you should really be concerned about your parental discipline!

You were breaking the law to come back to the theater after they had kicked you out and specifically told you that you were not welcome to come back. That's trespassing, and THAT can get you into trouble. They can indeed have you arrested for returning after they've kicked you out.

The thing with the R rating, not quite so much. But sneaking, depending on what you're doing, may be considered fraud. Don't push your luck anymore. Either go to the movies you want to see, and take along someone 18+, or stop going to the movies until you can buy your own ticket.

just like you cant drink before 21 or smoke before 18 you can't go into a R rated movie until you are 18. I would be careful continuing to sneak into the theater they can decide to kick you out and never let you back in. they have the right to refuse service.

do it again, next time the police will escort you

We all do stupid things like that at one point or another, but come on! after the first time you got caught and thrown out you did it again. Were you just trying to get in trouble. Since you're fortunate enough to be under 18 you alot of times can sneak out of trouble but you can still get in it, so watch your @ss

yeah i think they get in more trouble then you would. its up to them to monitor who watches the movies and thats why you get kicked out. by telling you your gunna in heaps of trouble, they are just trying to scare you.

It is theft of services, but you probably wouldn't get in much trouble for it. Unless of course you start arguing with the police the way you did with the manager. You got caught, go home. Why are people so stupid? Deee deee deeeeeeee

Most places will just kick you out for sneaking into an R Rated movie. Coming back in there after they told you to leave is probably something they could call the police for if they wanted.

I want u2 hit me as hardas u can
the worst they can do is like. nothing. They'll be like "This girl snuck in" Judge "K, go home" Not that u'd have a judgeor nething. I dont know hwat im saying

As long as you paid to get in, they can't do anything worse than throw you out.

I think you found out how much trouble. If it was THAT serious
you would think a security guard could lose his job for not following the letter of the law. I think they're blowing smoke up your a** on this one. I think for the most part the movie rating guide is ineffective for the most part. you sound like a sh** disturber LOL, you could have seen an R rated movie at home without any hassles. I have to laugh.
