I just now found out that I owe surcharge fees for tickets that i recieved in 2005 thAT were fully payed.. i had no dl and no insurance i was stoped twice in one year for both. since then never drove again but now that i went to try to get my dl out it shows that I have a suspension in getting dl but it was my first time trying to do it. I was told it is suspeded until i pay like 1,000 in surcharge fees >>>> WTF... its like three hundred for each ticket in fees !!!! help what can i do........

I too had to pay them!!! your going to have to pay them its like a new tax. the surcharge is like 300 a year and you can contact them to make payment arrangments
