You have a right to an attourney if you cant afford one , one will be appointed for you etc............. Thes are the rights were explaining to third graders now. Whats the world coming to We have 9 year olds with police records. are we that unable to control our children. |

to not be assauted or harassed by others
to have a learning environment free from the disruption by unruly students
to be treated equally with other students
to academically go above and beyond what is being taught if you desire
to appeal to higher authorities if a conflict is not resolved to your liking
to be treated with dignity by instructors and staff
to express yourself freely within socially acceptable standards

Um, actually...no. And it really pisses me off when teachers give us rules to follow and then they break them! Like, the sandal rule and the gum rule! It really makes me mad to see them breaking the rules when they are so strict on us for EVERYTHING! Lol. |
