In some jurisdictions, discharging any paintball gun, airgun or firearms for any reason other than self defense will get you prosecuted. If they physically threaten your neighbors or you that's when you can pull the wpn on them, other than that, your actions can constitute as assault especially if it's not on your property. If possible get a camera and record it. Turn the video to the police. |

You say the parents do not think it is their kids, so prove it to them. Take photos of them doing this, then show them to both the parents, and the police.
Paintballing them will not only get you into trouble, in many ways it makes you just as bad as those kids. |

I'd go with a video camera and a call to the police. I think you could very well get into trouble for shooting them with anything. |

hahah thats funny. I have a similar situation only its with a neighbors dog and he pee's on everything in my yard including a shed, 2 tents and a deck.
It depends on the laws in your state and I don't know where you live so I can't tell you for sure.
I can tell you that if you injure one of them you can get into a lot of trouble maybe even sued!
And if you miss and hit something else like a house or a car and cause damage you will be at fault.
I think your neighbors would be happier picking up some TP instead of scrubbing paint off of of the side of their house.
If it's not your house why do you even care? let your neighbors take care of it. If they ask you if you witnessed any of it then just tell them you did and tell them which kids did it.
Obviously if your neighbors aren't calling the cops and they are the ones cleaning up the mess they really could care less right? |

did you post this question before?? i swear i just answer this question like a month ago haha anyway... no you cant shoot a teenager or anyone for that matter that is vandalizing your house. you cannot take the law into your own hands because that could physically hurt someone and they are not causing you any physical harm.... what you should do is call the police and have them cited... that will get their attention more and actually keep you out of trouble because if you do in fact shoot them with the paintball gun they can sue you for assault |

Videotape their kids and let law enforcement show the ignorant, lazy parents the videos. |

Lol do it anyway, but take pictures of them doing it so you have proof (before you shoot em). They won't go to the cops and be like "I was TPing this person's house and they shot paintballs at me!" Those brats deserve it. |

shoot em but wear a mask or something so they can't recognize you |

In Texas, you can kill them. Otherwise, you might try setting up cameras and prosecuting them. |
