First my ex and I had come up with an agreement for child support and custody with our child. Since I signed that agreement, which somehow never made it to her lawyers office from my previous lawyer. Then I get a letter saying that in order to receive the new copy I need to pay all of his attorney fees because my ex says i have not been paying support and so on. Which is a lie I have bank statements and child support is written on every check. My concern is that we agreed on 260$ a month and if it goes to court that it could be significantly higher as I am supporting my family of two children and my spouse does not work. My gross monthly is around 4000$ and I live in Nevada. First my ex ask me to give my parental rights because my daughter was going to get confused on having two families. My daughter was going to get adopted but since my ex find out I wouldn't give no more child support she didn't want my to sign. My ex works and gets good money, bought a new house.
My ex doesn't let me see my daugther and I havent talk or see her in a while it was been more than a year. What can I do please help???

What do you want to do? I'm confused about whether this is just to sort out the child support, or do you want to see your daughter too? If you want to see your daughter you should request visitation, either through your lawyer or directly at the court/with your ex if you can't do it with your lawyer.

Have you paid your attorney fees? Sounds like you need to do that. Then you can prove with the bank statements you are paying support, and your lawyer will handle it.

If your ex goes through the CSA it might be more or might not be, check the Nevada child support calculation to figure it out. Unfortunately if she wants to do it that way, and doesn't want a personal agreement any more, there's not much you can do and you have to pay the amount.
