My boyfriend is currently incarserated in Illinois. He is being charged with a class 2 (unlawful possession of firearm) and class 3 (intent to sale canibus). What kind of jail time is he looking at? 2nd offence for the firearm, was already on parole. Will he be able to be eligible for parole again?
