i have been working for a company now for over 18 months, we have just changed contracts and been told that our job and knock system is not in place for my part of the job any longer although other departments of my job still get this system. (including employees that do the same job as me on different shifts)
I have used the companys grievance procedure submitting my grievence in writing but have had no formal written response for two weeks now.
Tonight, whilst in our office a manager spoke to an employee stating very clearly he had to do this as certain people thought that people were being treated differently, this is what i had put in my grievence.
After this incident, the manager then came out to our department and swore in front of me basically saying that i was not needed on overtime and wondered why i was here.
Pretty much not feeling that i wish to work there anymore.

dont think from the facts before me that you have grounds for a constructive dissmissal.other employees may be just longer serving than you.the court would also take the recession into severe consideration.i say leave this alone.stick with your job. |
