Contract Question - Just Curious How Anyone Feels?

Party A rents a list of 1000 names and addresses to party B for X amount of dollars. Party A states in the contract that party B can mail to the names and addresses on the list one time only. Party B decides to copy the list for their own purposes and uses the names and addresses more than one time. Party A, trying to protect their list selling business had previously put 3 dummy names to Party B's list containing the company's address. Party A discovers that party B has sent 5 mailings to the dummy names, but has only rented the list once. Party A brings suit against Party B for violation of their contract. Should Party B assume responsibility for the entire price of the list (5 times total), or is Party B only responsible for 3/1000ths of the price of the bill? (Since Party A can only prove Party B sent it to 3 names each time they violated the contract.)

Party A violated the contract from the start by selling false and fictious leads
(aka their own address) so in reality they both are at fault and should just be settled outside of court.
