as far as i know, the things allowed to be asked are:
1. name of customer
2. address of the customer.
3. pizza order and other details of your order.
and these should be asked in a formal and business-like manner.. not as if they're dating or hoping to date someone.. but i suggest you try other pizza stores... it's quite irritating to phone the same store that greets you nastily. i guess you could file a lawsuit against them. |

Yeah ! SUE 'EM.. Also tell them to stay of your property so you can have them arrested for trespass. Get a restraining order. The nerve of them. |

No. Why do you call them if you don't like what they ask? If you are ordering pizza, they have to know these things. |

I would sue them for discrimination against the drink industry. How dare they ask you what you want to eat without asking you what you want to drink too!
Chant with me:
Pepsi, Coke and Mountain Dew.
Dominos, I will sue you! |

You can just about sue anybody for anything these days. But I'm sorry to tell you that I don't think you have a chance in hell. If you expect your pizza to be delivered well they'll need to know where you live and also what do you want to eat in order to place your order. Maybe you should seek some help because I don't find that harassing anyone at all. |

Well, they are not mind readers and how are they suppose to know what type of pizza you want and how are they suppose to know where you live. File a lawsuit, GROW UP whiny baby |

Are you flipping serious about this??? It's ORDERING FOOD. My sister has worked for Domino's for a few years. A.) They must confirm your address and telephone number. 2.) They MAKE your food. So it's what YOU WANT. They have a LARGE menu. You'd be laughed at and embarassed for even TRYING to file against them for them trying to serve you properly. |

They are asking where you live to find out the address the pizzas need to be delivered to and they are asking you what you want to eat well.. to find out what you want to eat! Stop being so paronoid! Its there job! |
