wen i was in juvi i didnt get to see or talk to my lawyer the whole time... and wen i was in the holding cell about 2 minutes before i had to go to court my lawyer comes in to talk to me and he had no idea about the case or what was going on... he said there might be a plea bargain but i dont know... so i admitted and got charged... and also on the paper work listing the charges they screwed them up listing 2 of the mistemeiners as felonies

You had a free, court appointed attorney. You want better representation, pay for it yourself. Better yet, stay out of trouble with the law and you won't have to worry about who represents you.
No, the courts will not get into trouble. They provided what the law requires at the taxpayer's expense. |
