Nope. It's called a "non-justiciable" question.
The court cannot allow a lawsuit to proceed where the aim is to force the legislature to enact certain laws or give you money. That's a separation of powers violation.
The only option is voting a new Congress, and then initiating Impeachment proceedings. |
