Court Cases involving carrying concealed firearms?

Anyone know of any semi-recent court cases involving the right to carry a concealed firearm? Something like Joe v. State of California is optimal.

I don't think anyone has challenged the system in CA. I CA, I believe the sheriff issues the permit. In most states anyone who meets the qualifications for a permit will get one. These are called "Shall Issue" states where the state does not have discretion in whether to issue a permit to a qualified applicant.

The Lopez case cited by the other answerer does not have anything to do with the right to carry a concealed handgun. The issue was the right of congress to legislate things that don't involve interstate commerce (the gun free school zone), not the right of a person to carry a handgun.

U.S. v Lopez. This was actually quite recent considering it happened in 1995. It's a Supreme Court Case, that's why I know about it.
