De facto property separation?

i was in a de facto relationship for about 10 yrs. we have a property in both names. we separated 2 yrs ago. she is living in the joint named property still coz she wanted time to buy me out of my share. during the 10 yrs together she contributed very little financially. i paid around 99%. im tired of waiting and want my share.
What is my share?
