Death Penalty- Good or Bad? Right or Wrong?

I'm doing a debate on whether or not the death penalty should be used. I need arguments for both sides and any websites would be a great help. I already have a lot for the side against the death penalty and mainly I need the side for why it is good/right.

I don't see how people say the death penalty does not deter crime. When you put them to death do they still commit crimes? No. Some people cannot be rehabilitated and therefore deserve to be put down. We do it not to punish them, but to keep our society safe from them. If an animal goes wild and starts attacking or killing people for no explainable reason they are put down too right? The crimes for which people are put to death for make them no different than the animal.

MY biggest problem with the death penalty is there are many cases on Record where the person has been wrongly convicted I would much rater see life without parole at hard labor in some place like Leavenworth THE death penalty doe nothing to deter violent crime if it did there would not be anyone sitting on death row Also it makes the legal system no better than the criminal that committed the crime

It's written in the Bible 'Thou shalt not commit murder'.
It's clear that society should rid itself of the sickening rank that cannot be 'rehabilitated'. Child molesters come to mind.

Death penalty is both good and bad, good because many crimes happened in our country those sinners, killers, murderers and other evil man don't feared on our law so we need to restored this law but in other cases today's justice can bought so we are not sure if it is neccessary!! that's only my opinion!! Thank you!!
