Dismissed on 7th April 09 for intimidating behaviour, with a start date of 23/4/08.Investigations were not conducted fully (Requested to re-investigate certain individuals) and also at the disp hearing I raised further investigations need to be taking place as my evidence suggested that the store manager who had initially put the Grievance had also influenced others to do the same.. This was declined. During my suspension I believed that the Store Manager has had meetings prior to any investigations taking place to ensure stories matched and asked that CCTV footage be reviewed to establish my concerns and provide evidence
I did have a doctor’s note signing me off sick for 4 weeks from 3/4/09 due to mental fatigue /stress and exhaustion during my suspension, which I had not submitted, as I was telling the truth. At the disciplinary hearing they adjourned at 1pm to reconvene at 3pm and I was told “this was due to looking at the evidence and coming up with Next Steps and outcome .I was n

I would contact the Arbitration, Conciliation and Advisory Service (ACAS) for advice. They have a website. They deal with all sorts of employment issues.
