Do Criminal Charges Add Up?

In this case, I was charged twice for possessing a dangerous weapon and charged twice for disturbing the peace.

It says on my charge summary that I can serve up to 3 years and pay a fine up to $3000 for each charge.

I was wondering if I were to be found guilty on all charges in a crime would the years of sentence be summed?
