After his death, my Mom became executor of the family trust fund, but now she has Alzheimer's & my brother is in charge. He has informed me that he's made changes to our trust fund yet refuses to allow me to read or have a copy. I suspect fowl play & wouldn't doubt that after Mom dies, I'll be getting nothing from the 6 million that my bro. & I should be sharing.What to do?!?

You should consult a lawyer.
Normally such contracts cannot be changed if those who made signed them are incapable of understanding the changes.
My aunt threatened to change my grandparents' will when both of them were suffering from Alzheimer's and our lawyer pointed out that the law forbids such a thing because my grandparents were incapable of understanding any changes to their previous wishes.
That's the law in my home state, and state law does vary, so consult a lawyer. |

Trust deeds are usually openly available and can be obtained from the authority where the trust is registered (possibly the Master's Office, depending which counrty you live in).
Was your brother appointed as an alternative executor in the trust deed? Or is he your mother's curator? |
