I purposely get angry over the littlest things
I always think about wanting to hurt the people that piss me off, with words or physically
I can't deal with anyone
I used to think about breaking people through walls, and breaking my head through a wall
I used to hit my head against lockers
I laugh randomly
At school I behaved as bad as someone on drugs, I kicked open doors

Sounds like you need some counseling/therapy; perhaps get on some medication to help with the mood swings. Best of luck, and I hope you are feeling better very soon.

Just try going to the doctor and getting put on some sort of medication, go see a counselor.
