Do all people who use illegal drugs ruin their lives?
Find answers to your legal question.

Do all people who use illegal drugs ruin their lives?

When people talk about meth they talk about the symptoms of heavy use like meth mouth, you have to steal to get a fix, your bad and there is something wrong with you.
What happens if you use drugs sensibly? Does this also make the drugs really bad for you? Are they less bad than over doing coffee or drinking a bottle of vodka and mixing it with herbal caps?

Why are drugs illegal? Its nothing to do with health risks does it?

A lot of people use drugs recreationally and live pretty normal lives. But it's not a question of using them 'sensibly', it's more to do with money. It's the poor quality drugs, that are cut with drain cleaner and sold in unknown concentrations, that ruin people's lives. People who can afford the good drugs are often able to use them with no more problems than alcohol.

Heroin is basically just morphine. Doctors used to use it as a painkiller, and they actually protested when it was criminalised. It isn't an inherently harmful substance.
The problem is that by making it illegal, the government has made it so that you can only get heroin from criminals. These criminals don't tell you (and probably don't know) what their product has been cut with or what the concentration of heroin is. A user might buy some heroin that is 20% pure, work out how much they need to get high, then buy some more and use the same amount. But the second lot might be 80% pure, so the user dies. He has no way of working that out. That couldn't happen if heroin were legal.

Drugs are illegal these days for purely political reasons. Any politician who wants to get elected has to be 'tough on drugs'. It never had anything to do with health risks. In any case, the health risks are made far greater when a substance is illegal.

lmao good luck with that thought

What is bad for you is relative meaning it's an opinion. What is illegal is relative as well because in differing countries, they have differing laws. Meaning while something can be wrong here the US, I could be standing in a different part of the world and it's completely legal.

Alcohol and cigarettes are the gateways to illegal drug use, the government will never admit this and it's pathetic. No one I've ever known has tried weed before they've taken a sip of beer, this means the gateway theory is completely reversed but it can't be admited because a reduction in tax dollars would follow shortly thereafter.

It should be noted that drugs like meth, crack, and heroin, these are drugs they can and will ruin your life given the addiction potential and overdose possibilities. Certain illegal products, you can't say the same for.

Thinking out of the box, a crackhead can live a happier life than what society labels a productive memeber. Why? Because happiness is in the eyes of the beholder, not society.

Blatantly not. Loads of rich/famous people do lots of drugs and they don't end up nervous wrecks on the street. Its about knowing how far you can go (i.e. how much and what type/strength of drug you can do) before you lose sight of what you and your life would be like having not done any at all. If you lose that then when the effects end you can't deal with it, and end up dependent. The stronger your knowledge of who you really are the more and stronger stuff you can take without it taking control of you. Simples :)

I have no idea why drugs are illegal - there are infinite ways to screw up your life legally so you think its because the existence of drugs create things like huge government-busting drug cartels, but then if they hadnt been illegalised to begin with the cartels wouldn't exist so....lol

No drugs are good for you, not even prescribed ones. You use drugs only when you need them e.g. paracetamol when you have a headache. Drugs are illegal as some people transport them into other countries etc. and not use them for only personal use

Drugs vary greatly in severity, so I don't think you can just collectively refer to 'illegal drugs'.

Marijuana is no more harmful than alcohol, I've met many successful people who smoke from time to time.

On the other hand, I've never met a 'modest' meth or heroin user... everyone I've ever known to do either has been a total screw up. Those mess you pretty badly.

Coke and e is 50/50. I've seen it screw up people, I've seen people who can handle it in moderation.

each of your questions would require extremely long and detailed explainations, especially the one about why are drugs illegal. so ill just give a quick answer to your first one.

No, not everyone drug USER has their lives destroyed. But most drug ABUSERS suffer serious consequeces, all the way from minor financial dificulties on one end, to death at the other

Since a lot of them can't get any jobs due to their record, it seems many go back into crime.
But the dilemma is that many employers don't want a person with a record, either.
