IMO they don't cause pot IMO is nowhere near as dangerous as alcohol (which is legal) or any other kind of drug (crack, powder coke, meth and heroin)

There wouldn't be enough jail space to incarcerate all those who use marijuana illegally. But they should definitely be heavily fined for breaking the law. If you hit people in their wallet, they are more likely to pay attention to the law.

No, Marijuana is classified as a dangerous drug, that should be proof enough that the people who make drug laws are stupid.
